This website is owned and operated by Sonia Says Sit. We may amend these terms and conditions occasionally, and will publish the amended terms and conditions here on the website. This Agreement and use of the website are governed by the laws in existence in Australia, and comply with Australian Consumer Law. You agree that any claim relating to the website, purchases or orders shall be under the jurisdiction of the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.
Puppy Preschool Classes
When booking Puppy Preschool this is a commitment to attend the five (5) lessons in succession. No refunds for classes missed. Classes must be paid in full prior to attending. Classes can be booked as little as 48 hours in advance.
Group Class Passes
Our six (6) and ten (10) Group Class Passes allow for flexible training on dates that suit you. Classes can be booked as little as 48 hours in advance and can be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of your class
If a class is rescheduled due to wet weather or other unforeseen circumstances your pass will be extended to cover this period. Class passes are fully refundable up until your first class attendance. From there they are non-refundable but are fully transferable to other services. If you’re unsure if a class environment is suitable for your dog, or have any questions in regards to class, please contact us.
When will my order be shipped and arrive?
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 working days. All orders will be shipped via regular post, arrival time is subject to AUSpost delivery schedule.
You will be emailed your AUSpost tracking code on the day your item is posted.
Changing or Cancelling orders.
An order may only be cancelled before 2pm the following day after order. If you wish to cancel an order, a full refund will be issued, minus any transaction and/or other applicable fees incurred by Sonia Says Sit. If you should make a mistake when ordering, please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to accommodate your request, however Sonia Says Sit accepts no liability for incorrectly ordered products.
What happens if my order is Damaged?
Please inform us if your product is either not what you ordered or you believe it to be faulty. In accordance with Trading Laws we will happily replace any faulty items returned within a reasonable time frame, ie: 7-14 days.
A refund will not be provided for change of mind
